The AI Visibility Stack(TM)

Five Layers. Every Tier Maps Here.

01

Foundation

robots.txt, sitemap, HTTPS, canonical, Core Web Vitals, security headers, and the JSON-LD that tells machines what you are.

02

Trust

Author bios, reviews, third-party citations, credentials, the trust signals AI weighs before it recommends you.

03

Authority

Money pages, depth, content structure, internal linking, query-aligned headings.

04

Extraction

On-site liftability: AI bot rules, llms.txt, /llm-info, entity clarity, content an assistant can quote verbatim.

05

Recommendation

The off-site loop: earned citations and mentions across the open web, the Entity Anchor Method.

“I’ve been doing some technical tweaks here and there based on the recommendations on your audit, and almost overnight, traffic increased 30%. It had been a little stagnant, so it was cool to see that green arrow pointing up for a change.”

Tier 1 -- Start Here

Visibility Snapshot

$0

Diagnostic across all five layers. Shows you what is broken, what is missing, where you sit in AI assistants today. The fixes, the competitor analysis, and the prioritized roadmap live in the Answer Engine build. This is the diagnosis only.

Run Your Snapshot

What you get

  • AI Visibility Score across all 5 layers
  • Top issues identified
  • AI citation check (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity)
  • Where you sit vs. baseline

No fixes. No competitors. No roadmap. Those live in Tier 2.

Tier 2 · The Build

The Answer Engine

$4,500two installments of $2,250

Twelve weeks. Plus GSC and GA4 read access.

A website that answers every question your buyer asks, and keeps the person who asked. Built in the order the evidence supports: retrieval eligibility first, passage shape second.

The research is week 1 of the build, not a separate purchase. There is no report to buy and then find someone else to act on.

See The Answer Engine

What you get

  • Week 1: a ranked question bank in your buyers' own words
  • Week 2: questions mapped to pages, with competing pages merged or retired first
  • Weeks 3 to 8: retrieval eligibility fixed, then the answer pages shipped
  • Schema, llms.txt, and internal links from the pages that already carry weight
  • A capture offer on every answer page, chosen per page
  • Weeks 9 and 12: the same question set re-run, twice, as proof
  • Everything on your domain, with no ongoing licence to me

The metric is subscribers, because that number moves inside twelve weeks and you own it.

Tier 3 · Ongoing

Visibility Retainer

The build makes the site answer. The retainer keeps it answering as buyers start asking new things. Entirely optional, and only available once the build is done.

4 answer pages / month

$999/month

Three-month minimum, then month to month. Nothing meaningful resolves in thirty days, and a client who leaves at day thirty concludes it failed before it was given the chance to work.

  • The question bank kept current as buyers ask new things
  • 4 answer pages per month, each with its capture offer
  • Monthly strategy session with Lesli
  • Layer 1 maintenance: Core Web Vitals, security headers, CDN
  • Citation proof in the same format as the week 12 report
  • Schema and internal linking maintained on new content

Not sold on its own. It maintains an Answer Engine, and inheriting a site I did not build serves neither of us.

Start With The Build

Tier 4 · Off-Site

Earned Media Campaign

Custom-scoped per buyer. Quoted once the build has identified the off-site gap.

The Answer Engine covers the on-site half of Layer 5, plus the retrieval eligibility work underneath it. The Earned Media Campaign covers the other half: the citations, mentions, and authority signals that sit on other people’s domains and that you cannot ship by editing your own.

Tactics on the menu

  • Listicle and roundup outreach (20+ target publications)
  • Executive thought leadership content for the founder's LinkedIn
  • Reddit and Quora answer strategy
  • Wikipedia or Wikidata research and submission
  • Industry press and podcast outreach
  • PR amplification of existing coverage
  • Unlinked-mention reclamation

Scoped to your business model

Not sure which is you? Week 1 of the build flags whether the off-site campaign is the next-best dollar for your situation, or whether the on-site work has to come first.

One Business Per Industry, Per Location

For local clients on Tiers 3 and above, I take one business per industry per city. If I am building your local dominance, your direct competitors cannot hire me. First to start wins the slot.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Snapshot differ from the Answer Engine?

The Visibility Snapshot at $0 shows you what is broken across all five layers. It is a diagnosis. The Answer Engine is the twelve-week build that fixes it, and the research that used to be sold as a separate report is now week 1 of that build. That change is deliberate: a document you have to find someone else to act on is the thing that never gets shipped.

Why does the Answer Engine require GSC and GA4 access?

Because retrieval eligibility is measured, not guessed. Public signals tell us what is broken. Search Console tells us which pages are actually eligible to be retrieved and which are sitting on page six, where no amount of rewriting will help. Read-only access on day one is what makes week 1 real instead of theoretical.

What is in the $999/mo retainer?

The question bank kept current, four answer pages a month each with its own capture offer, a monthly strategy session, Layer 1 maintenance (Core Web Vitals, security headers, CDN), and the same before-and-after proof used in the week 12 report. Three months minimum, then month to month. Only available to clients who have completed a build.

Where does the Earned Media Campaign fit?

The Answer Engine covers the on-site half of Layer 5 and the retrieval eligibility work underneath it. The Earned Media Campaign covers the off-site half: the citations and mentions that live on other people’s domains, which you cannot ship by editing your own site. It is the right next step once on-site is already in order.
