It identifies which layer is blocking AI from recommending your business and gives you a prioritized roadmap to fix it. No automated score, no generic PDF.
How is this different from an SEO audit?+
SEO audits optimize for Google search rankings. The Action Plan optimizes for AI-generated recommendations from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. The two share a foundation (technical health, structured data, content quality), but AI systems weight signals differently. Reviews, third-party mentions, entity consistency, and structured answer blocks matter more to AI than backlink profiles or keyword density.
How long does the analysis take?+
Most Action Plans are delivered within 5 business days. Complex sites with multiple domains, large content libraries, or international structure can take 7-10 days. You will get an estimated delivery date when you submit the form.
What do I get back?+

Do I have to be a current client to request an Action Plan?+
No. The Action Plan is the entry point. Most people request one before deciding whether to engage further. Many implement the recommendations themselves and never come back. That is fine.
What size businesses do you work with?+
Solopreneurs, consultants, coaches, and SMB founders running real businesses with real revenue. Sweet spot is annual revenue between $100K and $10M. Below that, the methodology is overkill. Above that, enterprise needs are different.
Will you tell me to rebuild my whole site?+
Almost never. Most fixes are additive: schema markup, llms.txt, content architecture refinements, internal linking. Full rebuilds are recommended only when the existing platform structurally blocks AI visibility (some Wix and Squarespace sites do).
Can I share the Action Plan with my web developer?+
Yes. The Action Plan is yours to keep. Many clients hand the implementation roadmap to their developer or marketing team and execute internally. Specifications are written for technical implementers, not just for me.
What does the AI Visibility Stack cover that traditional SEO does not?+
Layer 5: AI Discoverability. This includes llms.txt files, AI crawler directives in robots.txt, entity disambiguation across third-party sources, and citation infrastructure on platforms AI assistants learn from. Traditional SEO does not cover any of these because they emerged in 2024-2025 with the rise of answer-engine traffic.
Do you guarantee my business will show up in ChatGPT?+
No, and any consultant who guarantees this is being dishonest. AI assistants change retrieval behavior continuously. What I do guarantee: a verifiable AI Visibility Score baseline, specific gap analysis, and a roadmap that has moved real client scores from under 10 percent to over 50 percent within 90 days when implemented.
What happens if I do not act on the Action Plan?+
Nothing. The Action Plan is yours. There is no obligation to engage further. About 40 percent of recipients implement on their own; 35 percent come back for help in 30 to 90 days; 25 percent decide AI Visibility is not a current priority and that is also fine.
Do you sell anything based on the Action Plan?+
Yes, and it is in the proposal section so there are no surprises. Two engagement options: AI Visibility Build at 2,500 CAD for 14-day productized tools, or AI Visibility System at 8,000 to 15,000 CAD for a 9-session full-stack engagement. Both are explained on the site so you can decide before requesting the Action Plan.
How is the Action Plan priced?+
The Action Plan itself has no cost. The implementation engagements that follow do. The Action Plan is offered without cost because it serves as both a useful deliverable for the requester and a qualification step for me to decide whether we are a fit before I quote a project.
How fast will I see results from implementing the Action Plan?+
Layer 1 and Layer 2 fixes (technical SEO, schema) typically show measurable change within 3 to 6 weeks of indexation. Layer 5 fixes (llms.txt, AI directives) can show change in AI mentions within 30 to 60 days. Layer 4 (E-E-A-T) is the slowest and compounds over 6 to 12 months.
Can I run the Action Plan on a site that is not yet launched?+
Yes, with caveats. Pre-launch sites get a forward-looking Action Plan focused on what to build into the launch. Post-launch sites get a remediation Action Plan focused on what to fix. The pre-launch version costs the same and tends to save 60 to 80 percent of the work compared to fixing it after the site is live.
