Two reasons. One: it is a useful deliverable for the recipient regardless of whether they engage further. About 40% implement on their own and never come back, which is the design. Two: the Action Plan also serves as a qualification step for me. I learn whether a business is the right fit before I quote a project. Better than wasting both our time on a sales call.

Most SEO retainers run 2,500 to 5,000 CAD per month with multi-month commitments and report on traffic. The AI Visibility Build at 2,500 CAD is a one-time fee that ships specific deliverables. The System at 8,000 to 15,000 CAD is a 9-session engagement with a defined end date. Both are productized; neither is an open-ended retainer. After the System, optional ongoing measurement runs 199 CAD/month or 999 CAD/year.

Tracking re-runs your AI Visibility Score every 30 or 90 days, sends deltas, and recommends adjustments. Most clients run tracking for the first 6-12 months post-engagement, then renew or pause based on whether their score is stable.

Yes. The System bills per session, not upfront. The Build is 50% on quote approval, 50% on delivery. The Action Plan has no cost so no payment terms apply. No multi-month commitments, no clawback clauses, no contract trap. If after Session 1 of the System you decide it is not right, you stop and pay only for what was delivered.

Yes for everything I use to deliver the work. No for ongoing tools you may want to maintain post-engagement. Examples: GSC, Ahrefs (my license), Lighthouse, schema validators, the AIVS dashboard, and AI prompt-tracking are all included in delivery. If you want to subscribe to Ahrefs yourself for ongoing keyword tracking after the engagement, that is your call and not part of the engagement price.

If the score has not moved by the end of the engagement, two things happen. One: the engagement deliverable still ships (every session has a written outcome you keep). Two: I work with you to diagnose why, at no additional cost. Most score-stalling cases trace to E-E-A-T (Layer 4) signal acquisition lag, which compounds over 6-12 months past engagement end and is not always visible by the 90-day mark.

Solopreneur model. No agency overhead, no account managers, no offshore implementation team. The deliverable is the same depth as enterprise shops; the price reflects the absence of layered cost structures. Enterprise buyers are referred to specialized shops with larger teams. SMB buyers get the full methodology at honest pricing.

Generally no. Below 2,500 CAD the math does not work for the depth of analysis the methodology requires. The Action Plan at 0 CAD is the way to start. If your actual need is below 2,500 CAD (e.g., one-time schema implementation), the Action Plan will identify it and you can take the recommendation to a developer for execution.
